Enjoy FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders of $150 or more.

The $150 minimum is calculated based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Orders below $150 will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.

Order Processing

Please allow up to 24 hours (1 business day) for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Shipping Time

After your order has been processed and dispatched, standard U.S. shipping is estimated to take approximately 1–3 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update your tracking information.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please contact us immediately through Instagram or WhatsApp if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect the package.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations.

If your tracking shows an unexpected delay or delivery issue, please contact us so we can help determine the appropriate next steps with the carrier.

Returns

Approved returns must follow our 14-day return policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or specifically approved by Azara Mehel due to an order issue.
