Returns & Refund Policy

At Azara Mehel, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you need to return an eligible item, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of the date your order is delivered.

14-Day Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Requests made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging, with any tags or protective materials still attached.

Items showing signs of wear, damage after delivery, perfume, cosmetics, alteration, missing components, or other evidence of use will not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Azara Mehel is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return requirements.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable.

Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

These situations will be reviewed separately from standard returns.

Final Sale Items

Items specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except where required by applicable law.
